This was a garden party to remember! – see photo above.

On Saturday, October 17th we had our monthly garden work event, an educational discussion, and our garden party. This month we continued our ongoing efforts to renovate the Medicinal Gardens. The event participation was outstanding; We had 17 volunteers that helped with the garden chores and garden party (MadCo Pizza was the main course of finger foods).

See photo below showing that we were able to cover most of the cleared beds with cardboard and wood chips.

GARDEN RENOVATION PROGRESS

We will continue to work on the Medicinal Gardens every Tuesday, starting at 8:30am and would love if you joined us for some garden fun and to make some new friends.
