Our Mission & Vision

Mission Statement:  The Marshall Native Gardens are biodiverse public gardens designed to promote sustainable gardening through the cultivation of native plants and to develop relationships with our diverse, sustainable, and public community of visitors, volunteers, and supporters.

Vision Statement:   We will be a regional destination that educates and encourages garden visitors to preserve and utilize native plants and to develop a relationship with nature. Such a relationship will offer sturdy physical, social, and mental health benefits – especially needed, given the trauma of Hurricane Helene.
