On Saturday, June 21st our June Workday started at 9:30am and the Garden Party started at 11:30pm (NOTE: We have a similar workday and Garden Party every 3rd Saturday). At this event, Teens of Madison of Madison County helped our volunteers mulch plantings in the Bird Garden and weed the Medicinal and Butterfly Gardens.

• It was a beautiful day to be in the native gardens,
• We accomplished many garden chores,
• We also had a great tour of the gardens lead by our naturalist, Christopher Mello,
• The food at the party was prepared by Terry and Pam — it was really yummy and about 10 or us stayed to visit and eat !
