The Rotary Club of Madison County is the championing sponsor for our Bird Garden. As part of the role of champion, they recently had a work day to install 10 bird nesting boxes for a variety of songbirds (e.g., bluebird, robin, nuthatch, chickadee) and birds of prey (i.e., Screech Owl, Kestrel). The work event was followed by an onsite social and garden tour. A great way to spend an afternoon in the native gardens and the birds will love those new homes.
